At Moorina Haven Retreat, we strive to provide every guest with a peaceful, private and relaxing experience. To ensure the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all guests, as well as respect for our neighbours and property, we kindly ask that the following Visitors Policy be observed.

Day Visitors

Day visitors are welcome only with prior approval from the hosts.

If you wish to invite a visitor to the property during your stay, please contact us beforehand with the following details:

• The visitor’s name.
• The expected arrival and departure time.

Approval is at the discretion of Moorina Haven Retreat and may be declined where it may impact the comfort, safety or enjoyment of other guests or the property.

Registered Guests

For security, insurance and emergency purposes:

• Only guests included on the confirmed booking are permitted to stay overnight.
• Unregistered overnight guests are strictly prohibited.
• Any additional overnight guests must receive prior written approval from the
hosts before arriving at the property.

Failure to comply with this requirement may result in immediate termination of your booking without refund.

Maximum Occupancy

Moorina Haven Retreat accommodates a maximum of five (5) adult guests.

This maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time, including during the day unless prior approval has been granted by the hosts.

The occupancy limit has been established to ensure guest comfort, comply with insurance requirements and maintain the safe operation of the property.

Respect for Our Retreat

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of Moorina Haven Retreat, we kindly ask guests and approved visitors to:

• Respect neighbouring properties and our local community.
• Observe the property’s quiet hours between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am.
• Respect the natural environment, wildlife and gardens.
• Leave the property in the same condition in which it was found.

Unauthorised Visitors

Unauthorised visitors or guests may:

• Breach our insurance and safety requirements.
• Exceed the approved occupancy of the property.
• Disturb neighbouring properties or other guests.

For these reasons, Moorina Haven Retreat reserves the right to:

• Refuse entry to unapproved visitors.
• Request unauthorised visitors leave the property immediately.
• Terminate a booking without refund where there is a serious or repeated breach of this policy.
