We understand that personal belongings can occasionally be left behind.

If an item is found after your departure, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you using the details provided with your booking.

• Lost property will be securely stored.
• If the item is not claimed within 60 days, it may be donated, recycled or otherwise disposed of at the discretion of Moorina Haven Retreat.
• Where possible, we are happy to arrange for lost property to be returned by post or courier.
• Guests are responsible for all postage, courier and packaging costs associated with returning lost items.
• While we take reasonable care of any items found, Moorina Haven Retreat accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings left on the property.

We recommend checking the accommodation carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.
