Pets

• Pets are not permitted at Moorina Haven Retreat.
• This includes dogs, cats and all other companion animals.

Assistance Animals

Moorina Haven Retreat welcomes accredited assistance animals in accordance with applicable Australian laws.

If you are travelling with an assistance animal, we kindly ask that you notify us prior to your arrival so we can ensure both you and your assistance animal have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Unauthorised Pets

Bringing an unauthorised pet onto the property may result in:

• Cancellation of your booking or immediate termination of your stay.
• Additional cleaning or repair charges where required.
• Charges for any damage caused to the property or surrounding grounds.
